Job Description
This individual will be playing a business analyst role and will be part of the services delivery team in implementing NextDocs software for clients. This individual will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent analysis skills, particularly the ability to break down and document complex processes
- Prior experience (1 – 2 years) interacting directly with customers and managing customer relationships
- Prior experience in the life sciences industry, and an understanding of the regulatory environment
- An understanding of enterprise software architecture through education or work experience
- Availability to travel to client sites around the world
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A BS in information systems or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint would be a plus
- Familiarity with project management software
- A great work ethic and a self-motivated individual
