Job Description
This individual will be playing a senior business analyst role and will be part of the services delivery team in implementing NextDocs software for clients. In addition this individual could have project management responsibilities on specific projects and be responsible for the delivery of the project. This individual will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent analysis skills, particularly the ability to break down and document complex processes
- Prior relevant experience (4 – 5 years) interacting directly with customers and managing customer relationships
- Prior relevant experience in the life sciences industry, and an understanding of the regulatory environment
- An understanding of enterprise software architecture through education or work experience
- Availability to travel to client sites around the world
- Prior experience with project management and project delivery
- Experience with Project Management software and methodologies
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A BS in information systems or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint would be a plus
- A great work ethic and a self-motivated individual
