NextDocs Trial Exchange provides a simple, easy-to-use interface for investigators to access and contribute documents to the Trial Master File (TMF). This clinical portal allows trial site staff to contribute documents to an established eTMF workstream, receive and complete tasks generated by the sponsor, view document statuses, and retrieve documents on demand. Unlike many existing clinical portals, it plugs directly into the eTMF without additional routing, thus applying the sponsor’s quality and document management processes to trial site documents.
- Incorporate external contributors: Our investigator interface is so intuitive and simple to use that trial site staff can contribute and access documents without any training. In a glance, they can see what tasks their site has been assigned, view statuses, and submit completed documents. It’s so easy that it may in fact make them more eager to work with you in the future.
- Improve document security and access: Whether you want to automate account creation, maintain complete control over users, or land somewhere in between, our system offers configurable, granular levels of control over accounts and documents. Whatever level of access you choose, your external collaborators can now retrieve finalized eTMF documents on demand – anytime, anywhere. No more document requests piling up in your inbox.
- Standardize documents and processes: Still compiling thousands of documents sent via fax, courier, or mail? Make that a thing of the past. By giving your trial site staff access to upload documents directly into the eTMF repository, you can apply your internal quality and document management processes to trial site documents as well.
